Yep, should have done those burpees everyday!!!

Today I go for my 6 week check-up (one week early)


First time stepping on a scale in 5 weeks.
NOT looking forward to it!!!!!!!!

    I pinned this the other day! So true. Your weight right now doesn't count. You have to give yourself AT LEAST 12 weeks!
