Confession Friday

I confess my first night out in 10 months was AWESOME. Well, what I remember of it. I still feel there are several people I need to apologize to for my drunkenness.. So if you're reading this, and think I was a little out of hand last night-- I'm SORRY! lol

I confess without this blog, last night would have never happened. I am lucky to have met a great group of girls!!!

I confess no matter how insecure I feel, it's great to have friends that help build my self esteem up. Even if it means being called a bitch. Lol jk Meagan!

I confess Landon had probably 7 chocolate donuts for breakfast this morning because there was no way I was going to cook him breakfast. the smell of food would have definitely made me sick.

I confess we are having dinner with The Odom's tonight. I am so excited to see Faye's bedroom!!!

I confess both kids are sleeping and I'm blogging.. I'm TIRED!! I should be napping too!

1 Month, Already?!?!

I can't even begin to explain how EXCITED I am. This will be my first night out and first girl night out since January!

and I might get a little wild and have some of these.

Oh, and of course some delicious mexican food!!!

Pumpkin Pickin'

Definitely one of my favorite times of the year is to go pumpkin picking!

Landon's first Halloween we went to Eckarts in Belleville. He was only 4 months old, so of course he was too little to enjoy the activies and the pumpkins, so we stayed at the store!

Crazy how fast time goes by!!!!

What we didn't know about Eckart's was how much there was to do for kids! Dane was off on Monday so we decided to head to Eckart's to get mums. We figured they would be super crowded so we did't plan on staying long. We got there around 10:30 and there were hardly any cars in the parking lot and we seen all they had for kids to do. I was shocked! I knew there were some activities, but as soon as Landon seen it all, he was SO excited! I knew what we were doing the rest of the afternoon!

I'd say this was his 2nd favorite thing to do.. 2 days later and he's still talking about riding the horse!

He spotted the Choo Choo before we were even in the parking lot, he LOVED it!

Confession Friday!

I confess Friday is almost over and I'm just getting time to do my confessions!

Boo for afternoon confessions.

I confess our dog Lola is a goner. We will be finding a home for her before the weekend is over.. no ifs ands or buts. She bit Dane in the face last night. Granted they were playing outside and Dane tends to play a little rougher than he should.. It was a accident, but I will take NOOOO chance of it happening to my babies!!! Dane is ok, 2 gashes in his cheek and 1 on his lip. Scary!!

I confess I can't decide what Layla should be for Halloween. I have a couple ideas, and it involves me making part of the costume..but will probably cost close to $50 when it's all said and done. yikes!!!!!!!!!! Maybe she'll just wear her skeleton pj's! lol

I confess this week has been the worst with Landon. He has been incredibly whiny & a B.R.A.T!!!!!!!! I seriously wonder what happened to Layla's sweet, good big brother.. Hope he comes back soon!!!!!!!

I confess last night the 4 of us went to tequilas for dinner and I ordered the biggest margarita they could give me without having to put a straw in the pitcher. And 5 minutes later, Layla decided to poop my pants. Yep, right out of the diaper and all over me! The joys of motherhood!!

I confess as much as I am LOVING this beautiful weather, I'm thinking our pumpkin picking should wait a few more weeks until the weather cools off. It just doesn't feel like Fall!

I confess these burpees are going to kill me. I missed a few days, so Dane and I got caught up on them the other night. woah, I don't know if I'll make it past like day 12. lol

I confess I am EXCITED for bloggers night out next Thursday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Zoo Day!

Today to celebrate Layla's 3 week birthday and Henry's 5 week birthday,

we packed the cars and headed to the Zoo.

Ok Ok, it was more for these two:

but brother & sister enjoyed it too!!

The artist forgot to draw Stella's neck, but isn't it adorable?!?!?! And doesn't Landon look like Dane!!!!

There are so many hills at the zoo, it is truly a workout.., but HOLY JESUS, with a double stroller and no husband, I got my ass kicked! Every muscle in my body hurts!!!!!!! Thank goodness for Cassie's sister Lacie who came along with us, she was a HUGE help! And I think we gave her the best birth control she could have ever asked for!! HA!!
