Tomorrow is a half day.

I'm off Thursday AND Friday.

Obsessed with my new shoes.

Wearing them today. and my feet feel amazing.

Ok that's a lie. They hurt. BUT I love them. So the pain is worth it!

Weekend Update. Picture Overload!!!

Prepare for a picture overload today! 

I had a awesome weekend, and of course took a lot of pictures!

Friday I was off during the day, so I spent the day snuggled up with L&L. 

Perfect Day.

Then spent my night at work. I definitely don't miss working nights!

Saturday morning Lay & I headed to South County to do a little shopping. 

I needed a new pair of pants, and ended up falling in love with a dress that I found on the clearance rack.

Possibly for NYE?!?
Either way, I love it!

I didn't buy it, and I've regretted it ever since. I NEED to go back and get it before it's gone!!

Lay & I met Dad & Landon at Hooters for lunch.

Where Landon asked the waitress "Excuse me, Why aren't you wearing any pants???"

Hilarious!!!

Love that kid! lol

Saturday night Dane and I headed to the drunken fish for dinner.

MY FAVORITE!!!!!!!

A lot of wine, and A lot of Sake.

 

of course, my wine on the rocks!

 After waiting over a hour for our food that doesn't even have to be cooked.

 Well worth the wait!!!!

And due to the looooooong wait, we got free cheesecake. 

OMDELISH!!!

 Sunday was family day! 

We decided to put up our tree. Landon was STOKED.

He said, "Mommy, I have been waiting for Christmas ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!!"

 And of course Christmas cookies!!!

Happy Thursday

 Happy Anniversary to Dane and I. 

4 years.

Some how we survived year 3. Barely!

It's OK that I won't see him at all today.

Last year we spent the day in bed all day with the flu.

This year I work during the day, and he works all night.

Woo.

It's OK that Landon called me 'mommylicious" last night. And I told him he can call me that all the time if he wanted. Of course after I laughed for 5 minutes. I have no idea where this kid comes up with this stuff at!

It's OK to keep looking at my new shoes.

I only had to ask for them 345374 times. Eeek! Stoked!!

It's OK that it's 41 degrees outside, and I'm wearing a skirt and open toe shoes.

It's OK to not have 1 Christmas present bought yet. Last year I was DONE on Black Friday! 

I haven't even started yet.

It's OK to be super excited about being in my 1st calendar. more details to come later.. :)

What I'm Loving!

Happy Hump Day!

I have had one rough morning.
Today was L&L's first day at their new daycare. 

Landon walks in, excited. He got his own little locker where he was so excited to go put his blanket and hang up his coat. He walked over and got to see his own cot he gets to sleep on everyday, and even got to meet TWO other Landon's. Yes, He makes the THIRD Landon at the daycare and he thinks that is "so silly"!

Layla had a rough morning. After being up half the night because she is cutting teeth, she was NOT happy about me handing her over this morning. It broke my heart!!!!! They told me to go probably 10 times before I finally left. And I left in tears. That has to be the hardest thing to do. I just can't walk away and leave my child somewhere she doesn't want to be.

Yes, I am that mom that called as soon as I got to work.... and again a hour later. 

They said she is all smiles, so praying they both have a great 1st day! 

So let's turn this day around with all positives.

Weekend Wrap Up!

Good Morning! 

Happy Monday!

 I feel better, hell yes! 

After 7 days of being deathly ill (ok, i exaggerate maybe a little) 

but still.

Today I'm linking up with these ladies for the weekend wrap up!

All weekend we were daddy-less. When Dane is on night shift, chances are we won't see him at all!

Friday Dane and Landon started going through toys. With Santa coming in a little over a month, we had to clear shit out. 

Landon has BAD separation anxiety. Not only with mom and dad, but with toys, shirts, toes, pants. you name it!

He will wear his pair of boots until his toes bleed rather than wear the new pair that we bought for him.

"but I love these boots mom" Ugh, melt my heart! 

But we explained to him that if we gave his old toys to a little boy who didn't have toys, Santa would bring him new toys.

Here is what he decided he didn't want anymore.

(and a couple things were sissys he decided she didnt need any longer)

Seriously kid. I think this is 90% of your toys. BUT I love seeing your room so clean, and you haven't asked for them since. So so long bye bye baby! 

(Cassie, you remember that song? HAHA)

Oh and Layla mastered how to go down the stairs Friday.

 No big deal! 

She is amazing!!!!

Saturday morning L&L and I packed up and scooted out of the house early so Daddy could sleep.

Off to target we went.

Have you ever used these carts before? They LOVED it. Normally we are in and out of the store in 20 minutes because they are bored riding in the cart. 

We were there for 2 HOURS.
Yes they are big and I felt like I was pushing a semi around the store but

they loved every minute of it!

 And momma scored this at Victoria's Secret for only $26.

Saturday night the kiddos and I headed to RB to celebrate my BFF's birthday!

Well, until i dropped the top tier as I was walking into her house. Fail. lol

Pretty sure Cassie's sister Danielle is Landon's new BFF. She had him at tractors and airplanes!

We snuck out the door for a little girl time!

Sunday we we off to CK. Landon still was talking about his tractor pancake this morning!

 As you can tell, he was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO EXCITED!!!!

We ended the day with a few naps, the notebook and a box of tissues, and a 3 year old who thinks he is HOT SHIT!

Seriously Landon. You crack me up!!!
