And my results are.....

As some of you know, I had a piece of pizza for dinner instead of the tuna, banana and ice cream I was supposed to have.
Whoops. I couldn't resist.

Anyways. Today is finally Saturday so I can share my results with you..
Thank you pinterest for this god awful diet. OK , it wasn't tooooo bad. But if I could suggest 1 thing to you while doing it, do it Mon-Wed or Tues-Thurs because if you're anything like me, you like to pig out on the weekends!

Here we go.

If you don't remember my before...............

That's a total of 7.4 pounds people!!!!!!!!

Freaking awesome. 
and makes me wonder if I would have lost more without that pizza. Hmm. we'll see next week!
But I am happy as hell with 7.4
Momma will be sporting a bikini out on the river today. Sorry for those of you who see me... Don't Currrr! :)

PLEASE READ BEFORE STARTING!

3 DAY DIET

DAY 1:
Breakfast--1/2 Grapefruit, 1 Slice Toast, 2 Tablespoons of Peanut Butter, and Coffee or Tea
Lunch--1/2 Cup of Tuna, 1 Slice of Toast, and Coffee or Tea
Dinner--2 Slices of any type meat (About 3 ounces) 1 Cup of Green Beans, 1/2 Banana, 1 Small Apple, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream (YUM)!!! 
Tip to Try: Warm the apple and/or banana and eat them over the ice cream. Delicious!

DAY 2: 
Breakfast--1 egg, 1 Slice of Toast, and 1/2 Banana
Lunch--1 Cup of Cottage Cheese (Or 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese, 1 Hard Boiled Egg, and 5 Saltine Crackers
Dinner--2 Hot Dogs, (no buns), 1 Cup of Broccoli, 1/2 Cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, and 1/2 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

DAY 3:
Breakfast--5 Saltine Crackers, 1 Slice of Cheddar Cheese, and 1 Small Apple
Lunch-1 Hard-Boiled Egg, and 1 Slice of Toast
Dinner--1 Cup of Tuna, 1/2 of a Banana, and 1 Cup of Vanilla Ice Cream

This diet works on chemical breakdown and is proven. Do not vary or substitute any of the above foods. salt and pepper may be used, but do not use any other seasoning. diet is to be used three days at a time.
In three days you should lose 10 pounds. After three days of dieting, you can eat your normal foods, but do not over do it. After four days of normal eating, you may start back on the three day diet. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a month if this diet is followed precisely.
This is a safe diet.
REMEMBER: Do not eat/snack between any of the meals!
NOTE: Coffee or tea for the first two meals of Day 1 only. Water only from then on. Water intake is unlimited.

AMAZING!! So doing this once a week after baby gets here haha. Sweetner in your tea or no?

Nothing in the tea. And nothing on the grapefruit. Only seasonings you can use on anything is salt and pepper :)

I want to know what makes it vary. The thing said 10 lbs and you stuck to it, 7.4 WHICH IS AMAZING AND CRAZY but that ONE piece of pizza wouldnt have those 2.6 lbs that are unaccounted for. Maybe you are more.... 'chemically... clean?' than the person who discovered it? I wonder who all does this diet or who has and what their weight loss is. Im really curious about this lol..... Hell who knows! But who cares! You look amazing (like usual) and we get cookies tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! AND CHILI! btw... those lemon pepper wings were good the other day lol and congratulations and thank you for not killing me!

You can't have coffee in the morning day 2 & 3?

it's actually pretty much food at one time....

I can't do bananna's....I gag at them. Bananna chips!?!?! I can do those...
